Next Heritage Day to be held on Saturday 6th May 2017.
Speakers on the Day: National Trust CEO Jonathan Fisher, Brian O'Connor, Ann Sutherland, , NICA Tony and Stephanie Haslam, Noel and Lorraine Bird.
In the grounds enjoy displays by Noosa and Districts Pipe Band, The Gympie Mining Museum, Pomona Men's Shed, Noosa Botanic Gardens, Boomerang Bags, Noosa Biosphere CA and save the Dingoes. Also vintage cars by the Cooroy Coastal Car Club and vintage trucks and fire engines will also be on display.
In the Hall adjacent to the Museum there will be displays by Discover Eumundi, Noosa Library, Highland Dancing, Pomona State School and Kin Kin State School.
The Noosa Pipes and Drums will play for about 20 minutes from 9.00 am prior to the Official Opening at 9.30 am.
We will provide further details and promotion for the day in the coming weeks to our Web Site, Facebook, Newsletters, and Media, etc. This Heritage Event is self funded by the Noosa Museum as an event for our community .
A raffle and Sausage Sizzle will be our fundraisers for the event.
